Kakak Adlin New Journey in Yuhua Primary School

Today will beging my 1st Daughter life in Primary School... May Allah protect her & blessed her with good friends, teachers & health always Ameen.. I don't know why but i shed tears upon seeing her happily in her new school..

Nasi Lemak Kukus

Bahan:- (6 - 8 orang)

5 cawan beras - (4 cawan beras biasa + 1/2 cawan beras wangi)

2 biji pati santan- (kurang lebih 1000 ml, tengok jenis beras gak la ya)

3 helai daun pandan

Garam secukup rasa

Cara Memasak:-

Didihkan air dalam pengukus. Basuh beras dan kukus dalam pengukus selama 20 minit atau beras separuh masak. Keluarkan beras dari pengukus dan rendam dengan air sekurang-kurangnya 3-4 jam supaya beras memanjang 2 kali ganda.(*akak rendam 2 jam jek)

Tukar air selalu jika perlu penyejukan lebih cepat (*akak tukar 3 kali air). Setelah itu, kukus semula beras yang telah memanjang tadi hingga masak atau lebih kurang 15 minit.

Keluarkan nasi yang telah masak dan gaul bersama santan yang telah dicampur garam dan biar seketika atau 10 minit supaya santan menyerap masuk dalam beras.

Akhir sekali, kukus lagi sekali bersama daun pandan hingga nasi kelihatan berderai, cantik dan santan yang terserap tadi masak.

Tambahan: Semasa mengukus, lubangkan dengan jari beras tersebut supaya masak serata. Sekiranya hendak makan pada pagi, kukus dan rendam pada waktu malam sebelum. Lebih lama rendam, lebih panjang beras. Nasi lemak kukus ini lebih sedap dari yang ditanak biasa dan lebih untung kerana tiada kerak.

Neck Pain

my neck pain seems to be getting worse ..had been going to tcm physio chiropractor till all my savings got burnt..but noting seems help me.. haiz...juz dont know what to as to go for MRI are so damn expensive
especially for a SAHM like me... why didnt the government have funds for SAHM to go for medical check up ya? medical fees are so damn expensive...juz wish can go for a checkup for FREE ..haha..fat hope..
juz hope that my neck pain will be gone natuarlly as i had been having these pain almost 2 years... arghhh

1st Ramadhan

Ramadhan commence 21 july..& Alhamdulillah my 1st pwincess Adlin managed to fast the whole day yesterday & Adlina half a day
Juz cook simple dish as req by my gerls Fried Rice wth Beef Steak...
Hopefully tmrw Adlin can continue to fast whole day till the end mth InsyaAllah
